Drepturile aleşilor locali

Art. 43

(1) Dreptul de asociere este garantat aleşilor locali.

(2) în virtutea mandatului reprezentativ acordat de colectivităţile locale, structurile asociative legal constituite ale aleşilor locali vor fi consultate de către autorităţile administraţiei publice centrale în toate problemele de interes local.
