SECŢIUNEA 1
Dreptul de retragere

Art. 60

Creditorul nu este îndreptăţit la nicio altă compensaţie din partea consumatorului în cazul retragerii, cu excepţia compensaţiei pentru orice taxe nerambursabile plătite de către creditor administraţiei publice.
